My stay at the Isle of Palms Resort had its ups and downs. While the location is fantastic and the environment beautiful for outdoor activities, I had some frustrations with the way reservations were handled and the condition of the villa. I appreciated the spacious upgrade we received, but the rooms need maintenance, especially with the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not without some considerable stress regarding the booking.
